What should I do if the QR code is not included in the email?

If your QR code is missing from the mail, please contact Infimobile’s customer support to request a replacement. There is a $5 fee for reissuing the QR code. However, if the issue occurred on our part, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement at no cost.
