What should I do if my auto-renewal fails?
At Infimobile, we want your mobile service to be smooth and uninterrupted—but sometimes, auto-renewal doesn’t go as planned. If your plan didn’t renew automatically, don’t worry! Let us explain why it happens and how you can quickly fix it.
⚠️ Why Did My Auto-Renewal Fail?
Auto-renewal usually fails when there are insufficient funds in your saved payment method at the time we attempt to charge it.
Here’s how the auto-renewal process works:
Infimobile starts trying to auto-debit your plan amount 4 days before your current plan expires.
If there are no sufficient funds, we retry the auto-debit a few times—even after your plan expires.
If payment still fails, auto-renewal is disabled, and your plan won’t be renewed automatically.
✅ What Should You Do Next?
If your auto-renewal failed:
Log in to your Infimobile account at www.infimobile.com
Go to the Plans section and purchase a new plan manually
While purchasing, you’ll see the option to enable auto-renewal again
Make sure your card or payment method has sufficient balance to avoid future failures
💡Tip: Always keep your preferred payment method updated and funded to ensure your plan renews without interruption.
