Youβll see the Recovery Fee applied if:
You place an order and later request a refund
Your SIM has already been assigned, shipped, or provisioned on our system
The reversal of the transaction involves backend processing and restocking effort

Recovery (Restocking) Fee: $10
This fee is deducted from the total refund amount at the time your request is processed.
