πŸ’¬ What Is a Recovery Fee?

A Recovery Fee is a restocking charge applied when a customer requests a refund after placing an order. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing the order, reserving inventory, and reversing the logistics involved in handling the SIM or service activation.

πŸ•’ When Is the Recovery Fee Applied?

You’ll see the Recovery Fee applied if:

  • You place an order and later request a refund

  • Your SIM has already been assigned, shipped, or provisioned on our system

  • The reversal of the transaction involves backend processing and restocking effort

πŸ’΅ How Much Is the Recovery Fee?

  • Recovery (Restocking) Fee: $10

This fee is deducted from the total refund amount at the time your request is processed.

πŸ“Œ A Few Key Points
