What happens if I don’t pay before the renewal date?

Edited

At Infimobile, we want to make sure your service continues without interruption. That's why we’ve made our auto-renewal process simple and flexible — but it's important to know what happens if a payment isn't made on time.

When you have auto-renewal enabled on your plan:

  • Payment is automatically deducted 4 days before your plan’s expiry date.

  • If the first auto-debit fails (e.g., due to insufficient balance), the system will retry the payment once every 24 hours for 4 consecutive days.

  • You’ll receive alerts to remind you to fund your account.

What Happens If All Payment Attempts Fail?

If payment fails even after 4 retry attempts:

  • Your renewal will be cancelled.

  • You will no longer have access to plan benefits (calls, data, etc.).

  • Your mobile number will remain inactive for up to 30 days.

If there is still no active plan after 30 days, your number may be permanently deactivated

How to Resume Service and Enable Auto-Renewal

To avoid disconnection, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Manually purchase a new plan from the Infimobile app or website.

  2. At the time of purchase, simply enable the “Auto-Renew” option.

  3. This will allow future renewals to be automatically debited, ensuring uninterrupted service.

Pro Tip:

Make sure your linked payment method has sufficient balance around your renewal date to avoid failed transactions.
