Can I install one eSIM on multiple devices?
No, a single eSIM profile cannot be installed or used on multiple devices at the same time. eSIMs (embedded SIMs) are designed to be secure and device-specific. Once an eSIM is activated on a phone or tablet, it becomes digitally linked to that device.
Why One eSIM = One Device
Unlike physical SIM cards that can be removed and inserted into another device, an eSIM is downloaded and installed directly onto a device’s internal chip. This digital installation is locked to the hardware, which means:
You can’t copy, clone, or share the same eSIM on more than one device.
Attempting to scan the same QR code on a second device will result in an error or failed activation.
Can I Transfer My eSIM to Another Device?
Yes — you can transfer your Infimobile eSIM to a new device by following these steps:
Delete or remove the eSIM from your current device.
Contact Infimobile Support to request a new QR code or activation link.
Install the eSIM on your new phone using the provided credentials.
🔐 For security reasons, some carriers may restrict how often an eSIM can be reissued or transferred.
Things to Keep in Mind:
Only one device can use an eSIM profile at a time.
You must delete the existing installation before setting it up on another device.
Make sure your new device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before transferring.
