How do I remove an eSIM profile from my phone?

Edited

Removing an eSIM profile from your phone is a simple process, whether you're switching carriers, troubleshooting an issue, or just clearing out unused profiles. Here's how you can do it based on your device type:

For iPhone (iOS 12.1 and later):

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data.

  3. Under Cellular Plans, find the eSIM you want to remove.

  4. Tap on the plan, then select Remove Cellular Plan.

  5. Confirm the removal when prompted.

Tip: Removing the eSIM from your device won’t cancel your mobile plan. To deactivate the service, please contact Infimobile directly.

For Android (steps may vary slightly by brand):

  1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet (or Connections).

  2. Tap SIMs or Mobile Networks.

  3. Choose the eSIM you want to delete.

  4. Tap Remove, Erase, or Delete eSIM.

  5. Confirm the action when prompted.

Some phones may require you to restart after removing the eSIM.

Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Once removed, that eSIM profile is no longer usable unless re-downloaded (if supported).

  • Make sure you have backed up any important data or QR codes before deleting.

  • If your device is carrier-locked, you may only be able to add eSIMs from that carrier.
