How do I cancel my current plan?

You can cancel your Infimobile prepaid plan at any time during its tenure.

1. Contact Customer Care:

2. Submit Refund Form: Alternatively, complete the refund form on infimobile.com.

3. Refund Processing:

   • The refund request is processed within 8-12 business days.

   • The refund is calculated by deducting the used portion of the plan, with the remaining amount returned to your original payment method.

• Ensure your payment method is valid to receive the refund.

• For assistance, reach out to customer care with your 10-digit Infimobile phone number (MDN).
