Why is my QR code no longer valid — did it expire?

Yes, your QR code has likely expired, but don’t stress! Infimobile’s eSIM QR codes are valid for just 8 hours after issuance. If you try scanning it after this time, it’ll show as expired and won’t work. To get a new QR code, simply contact Infimobile’s customer support to request a replacement for a $5 fee. After paying the invoice, a fresh QR code will be emailed to your registered address. Scan it to complete your eSIM activation.
