Why has my QR code expired — what do I do now?
Received an expired QR code error during eSIM activation with Infimobile? Infimobile QR codes for eSIM activation are valid for only 8 hours from issuance. If you attempt to scan the QR code after this period, it will be marked as expired and unusable. To obtain a new QR code, contact Infimobile’s customer support to request a replacement, which incurs a $5 fee. Once the invoice is paid, a fresh QR code will be sent to your registered email address. Simply scan the new QR code to complete your eSIM activation.
