Why am I unable to make or receive voice calls?
If you’re unable to make or receive calls on your Infimobile plan, this guide provides simple steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue quickly.
Step 1: Initial Checks
Verify Plan Status: Log into your Infimobile account to confirm your plan is active and has enough minutes. Renew if expired.
Inspect SIM Card: Ensure your SIM is securely inserted in the device.
Check for Blocks: Verify that the number you’re calling or receiving calls from isn’t blocked in your phone settings.
Step 2: Turn Off Call Forwarding & Blocking
Disable Call Forwarding:
Dial ##004# to deactivate conditional call forwarding.
Dial *73 to cancel all call forwarding.
Remove Call Blocks: Check your phone’s block list and ensure the number isn’t restricted.
Step 3: Activate VoLTE & Adjust Network Settings
Enabling Voice over LTE (VoLTE) can enhance call quality and connectivity.
For iPhone:
Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options.
Disable Data Roaming to avoid roaming issues.
Set Voice & Data to LTE.
Toggle VoLTE ON.
For Android:
Open Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network.
Turn OFF Data Roaming.
Enable VoLTE (or HD Voice/Enhanced Calling) if available.
If VoLTE isn’t visible, contact Infimobile support.
Set Network Mode: Choose LTE Only, LTE/CDMA, LTE/3G/2G, or Global based on your device’s options.
Step 4: Reach Out to Support
If the issue persists, contact Infimobile’s 24/7 customer support via chat, email, or phone. Our team will review your account and provide tailored assistance to get you back to making calls!
