This policy outlines the terms for refunds and returns related to Physical SIM Cards, eSIMs, and digital services (data, SMS, MMS, and voice) purchased from Infimobile. It ensures transparency and compliance with U.S. telecommunications regulations and industry standards.
Starter Kit (500MB, 1-Month Plan)
The 500MB, 1-month Starter Kit is non-refundable, whether purchased directly from Infimobile or through third-party platforms like Amazon.
SIM Cancellation Post-Delivery
If you cancel an order after the SIM is delivered, a $10 restocking/replacement fee applies for both Physical SIMs and eSIMs, regardless of activation status.
Refunds for Activated SIM Cards (Physical SIM or eSIM)
Refunds for the service plan and taxes are available if the SIM is activated within 7 days of delivery and usage stays below:
30MB of data
10 minutes of voice
10 SMS messages
A $10 restocking/replacement fee will be charged.
If activation occurs after 7 days or usage exceeds these limits, a partial refund is calculated based on the original monthly price (including taxes), minus the $10 fee.
Returns for Non-Activated SIM Cards
Non-activated SIMs can be returned within 45 days of purchase for a refund, subject to a $10 restocking/replacement fee.
No refunds are issued for non-activated SIMs after 45 days.
Priority Shipment Delays
If a priority shipment is delayed due to external factors, Infimobile offers a wallet credit as a goodwill gesture. This credit cannot be converted to a cash refund.
Non-Refundable Service Charges
Service-related fees, including activation, network setup, or administrative charges, are non-refundable.
QR Code Activation Issues
If QR code activation problems occur, Infimobile will extend the service plan’s validity as a courtesy. This adjustment does not change the original activation date or qualify for additional compensation.
Add-On Recharge Refunds
No refunds are available for add-on recharges for the current month. Refunds for upfront payments for future add-ons may be processed per the original agreement terms.
Port-In Delay Refunds
If you cancel a port-in request due to delays, a $10 restocking/replacement fee will apply.
Non-Delivery of Product
If a delivered product isn’t received (e.g., not collected), Infimobile will arrange re-shipment via UPS, and you must collect it from the nearest store. No refund is provided, as re-shipment ensures delivery.
Important Notes:
Porting Out: Do not cancel your Infimobile service before starting with a new carrier, as an active subscription is required for number porting. A $10 early port-out fee applies if porting out within 30 days of activation.
Third-Party Purchases: Refunds are not available for purchases made through third parties not covered in this policy.
45-Day Refund Limit: Refunds for new service activations or SIM kits are not available after 45 days from purchase.
SIM Kit Inactivity: Non-activated SIM kits under the 45-day refund exclusion will automatically deactivate three years after purchase.
Multi-Month Plan Cancellations: Canceling a multi-month plan mid-month incurs the full current month’s charge, with only remaining months refunded.
Offer Price Variations: Promotional offers vary monthly, and past offers cannot be applied retroactively or adjusted post-purchase.
