To join Infimobile, your phone must be unlocked. Phones are usually locked to the carrier you purchased from for a specific number of days after purchase or if there's still money owed on the device. Phones bought directly from the manufacturer are often unlocked.
Unlocking Your Device
Unlocking your phone usually takes a few hours, but sometimes a few days – so plan ahead.
Follow these steps to get your phone unlocked. Once that's done, we'll handle the rest.
Pay off your phone in your previous carrier's app or website.
Confirm your phone is locked. Check your previous carrier's unlock policies online.
If your phone is paid off but still locked, contact your previous carrier.
