Before you Activate

Make sure your device is updated to the latest software.


Activating is Easy

If you purchased a device from us and are getting a new number, Activate Now - you don't need to worry about the following steps.

  1. If you're bringing your own phone, confirm your device is compatible with Infimobile.

Most phones released in the last 5 years work just fine. If you've got a newer, unlocked phone, you're set. Here are some examples:

  • iPhone 12 or newer

  • Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer

  • Galaxy Z Flip, Z Fold or newer

  • Google Pixel 6 or newer

  1. Confirm Your Device Is Unlocked - Devices are usually locked to the carrier you purchased from for a specific number of days after purchase or if there's still money owed on the device. Devices purchased directly from the manufacturer are often sold already unlocked.

  1. If you're bringing your phone number to infimobile, you'll want the following information handy to successfully activate your service.

Most of the info you'll need from your previous carrier is on your latest bill. If you can't find it or your carrier doesn't provide a bill, contact our activation specialists, and they'll help you out!

  • Account number

  • Account owner's name

  • Account billing address

  • Number transfer PIN or Port-Out PIN
